Becoming Buff: P90X

Confession: I haven't worked out for a few weeks.  No good excuses even, just bein lazy.  I did a little P90 last night, Kenpo X, one of my favorite workouts, and owwww.  Seriously, why is it that it takes so long to build muscle and so little time to lose it?  I've been gimpin around all morning, but I'm glad to be back at it.  What is your FAVORITE way to workout, and what is your best exercising tip?

  1. Carrying a 24lb toddler around is great exercise! My biceps have gotten a ton bigger since Kaidyn was born! I used to love exercise but I have no energy to do it anymore or motivation to get up any earlier than I do to fit in an exercise! Can you do a few crunches for me? PS I have always wanted your legs! You have buff calf muscles sister!
