Confession: I haven't worked out for a few weeks. No good excuses even, just bein lazy. I did a little P90 last night, Kenpo X, one of my favorite workouts, and owwww. Seriously, why is it that it takes so long to build muscle and so little time to lose it? I've been gimpin around all morning, but I'm glad to be back at it. What is your FAVORITE way to workout, and what is your best exercising tip?
