Becoming a Cook

My friend Stephanie wrote that she tries to cook on the weekends as much as possible and then eat the leftovers for lunch and dinner throughout the week. Brilliant. We've been trying it, and it works GREAT. This weekend I made Melt in Your Mouth Chicken and put it over rice (Cause I tend to put everything over rice lol). It was good and easy. (My two favorite cooking terms). Check it out here.
