Landon Paul and I are trying the lean version of P90X this go-around. I find that listening to music instead of dear Tony really helps. I got through the bonus round this week, and I think it was because I was paying more attention to the music than to my tired self. Landon Paul and I just set the goal to do P90X 4 times a week for 90 days. We've never gone through 90 days, but we think if we only commit to 4 days a week we can get there, right? I really love this workout, but man, does my body hurt! Have a great weekend! Any exciting plans?
I love that you do these!! How longs is each work out? That is something I would like to try.

Chantel-the workouts are 60-90 minutes. In my opinion, the time commitment is the hardest part, but since you've been running so much, it might not be as hard for you!
