Becoming Someone with Favorites: Dream Library

http://ourmeanwhileranch.files.wordpress.com/2010/09/beauty-and-the-beast.jpg
Landon Paul wants a library, "Just like Beauty and the Beast"-complete with ladders and a globe!   I'm game! :)
I found this picture of Diane Keaton's library from hookedonhouses.net.  SO cool, right?  What are some of your favorite hobbies/crafts/skills/ideas of new things I should try?  Landon Paul has a lot of homework :).  Have a wonderful weekend, and thank you for all the gluten-free advice!!!

  1. Hey, Julie, I know you have loads of Valentine's decorations already, but you can go to my blog and look at the heart wreath I made - you can do it with just a plain circle (google "Stampin' Up Ribbon Wreath") or you can bend it into a heart for Valentine's day. You just need ribbon (I found spools at Walmart for $1 each) and I used fabric (at Walmart it's only $2/yard). Then you just tie your heart out! Look up the one on Google - they used sage and plum which makes it a bit more of an "always" wreath. :) Enjoy!

  2. you could always do flowers for hair, either using silk flowers or fabric. just google how and there is lots of ideas on there. plus making cute bows for hair too. If you would wear them. or do them for a family member or friend who would. I'm doing some for me, some for my nieces, and some for my future girls.

  3. Hey Julz,
I just wanted to let you know that I tried a gluten free cookie recipe and I wanted to share with you. It's on my recipe blog: budget-bites.blogspot.com. It's for monster cookies and I seriously think they may be one of my new favorite cookies! I hope everything else is great with you and I love checking your blog to see what you are up to!
