Becoming a Cake Decorator: The Graduates

Last night we had our last level 2 class.

They gave us certificates and everything, so now we're legit. :)
I'm taking it to our neighborhood Halloween party tonight.  It's not exactly spooky,  but I like it!  Also, thank you so much for your ideas on how to fix my crocheting.  Ali, I definitely start loose and get tighter...and I might not be counting either.  Time to try again!

  1. What a cute cake! I've seen the ads for the cake decorating classes in the Wilk at BYU and I always wanted to try it. Looks like it woulda been worth the money! Awesome job :)

  2. Awesome! Looks great! Isn't it so fun!! I'm attempting my first fondant cake next Friday for Gracie's birthday! I think I'm going to do a single layer on the bottom double on the top and a little bear with a number one on the tippy top! Light pink fondant with bright pink and green stripes and flowers...any suggestions or changes you would make?
