Great book, great series, so glad I read it! Most books in a series follow one character throughout, but Shannon Hale's books have a different main character in each one which is fun. You meet most of them in the first book and then get to know them each better later. One of my favorite quotes from the book is from Rin when she explains that true love isn't just being blind to a person's faults, but instead, it's really seeing a person more clearly than anyone else. Beautiful, right? Who else has read it? What do you think? I think Guns, Germs, and Steel is next! Rachel, thanks so much for your book suggestions! I can't wait to read those!
