On Valentine's Day, I found two valentines on our door.One said, "To: Copper From: Katie, the girl across the street, I love you"
The other said, "To: Julie From: Katie, the girl across the street, I love your dog"

I recently discovered The Dick Van Dyke show on netflix!It's completely adorable! Mary Tyler Moore wears the best dresses, they bust out in song and dance whenever they feel like it, and they have legit dinner parties at their house that everyone gets all dressed up for!

Landon Paul and I have different taste in television. His favorite show is Andy Griffeth. My favorite show is Gilmore Girls. Lately we've been trying to find a show we both love. We haven't had one we were both crazy about since LOST. (It has been a while). But we recently discovered Psych on netflix. It's funny. It's light hearted, and I recommend.

Becoming Gluten-Free: Restaurant
CHICAGO CONNECTION HAS A GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA, AND IT'S DELICIOUS! Chicago Connection is my FAVORITE kind of pizza. We went and saw they had gluten-free pizza, and it tasted AMAZING!!! HAPPY DAY!
Becoming Someone with Favorites: Ice Cream Flavor
I am obsessed with ice cream, always have been, always will be. It is my FAVORITE dessert, and I have had a hard time narrowing down just one favorite flavor! I mean, so many choices, and most of them I can still eat gluten-free! Well, I thought it was time to get serious. I've been eating LOTS of ice cream flavors in my attempt to find the most delicious. (It's been quite the sacrifice, guys). And, it's official, my favorite flavor is peanut butter cup! It's SOOO DELICIOUS. (A close second is mint chocolate chip MM-MMM GOOD)! What's YOUR favorite ice cream flavor?
Becoming Gluten-Free: Restaurants
I've been pleasantly surprised at how many restaurants have gluten-free options! My FAVORITES so far:1. Red Robin:
They have an entire binder full of choices for people with food restrictions (Wheat, shellfish,dairy, you name it!) I'm able to get my favorite burger (the Royal Red Robin). They just wrap it in lettuce instead of a bun! HAPPINESS!
2. P.F. Chang's:Their gluten-free menu is on their regular menu! It makes you not feel like a freak! They have appetizers, main dishes, AND dessert! I had this chocolate heavenly thing drizzled in raspberries. OH MY GOODNESS! SO GOOD!
3. Pier 49 Pizza:
They have a gluten-free pizza, and it's delicious!
4. Robintino's:
Their gluten-free pizza is unbelievably good.
We thought we were getting greedy by even asking these guys if they had a gluten-free menu, but they do! I got to have fettuccini alfredo, people (Made with rice noodles). I LOVE fettuccini alfredo, and this one was sooo good!

Becoming Someone with Favorites: General Conference
MERIDIAN, IDAHO IS GETTING A TEMPLE!!! Meridian is my hometown (and a little piece of heaven). We found out during General Conference on Saturday, and I'm so excited!!! I think my favorite talk from Conference was by Elder Cook. You can watch here. It was wonderful to hear from Elder Samuelson, the President of my alma mater, as well as Elder Grow who is from my home ward. It was such a wonderful weekend!

I work in Marketing, and I love it. I'm a little obsessed with ads and have been accused of paying more attention to the commercials than to the show while watching TV (The commercials ARE more interesting half the time)! I have to share with you one of my very favorites right now, Chrysler's Imported From Detroit. What's your favorite ad right now?
