Becoming a Scrapbooker
I hope you had a relaxing weekend. I got my scrapbookin on and thought I'd share the spoils with ya. What hobbies do you bust out in your downtime? I'm in the mood to try something new!

Becoming Organized
| I know I'm a freak, but I love to organize. It's relaxing and completely satisfying. A few days ago I turned on She's the Man and attacked my scrapbooking supplies. It was beyond fun, and now it's so easy to find everything! | ||||||

Becoming a Scrapbooker
Once ya start, ya just can't stop. Here are a few more pages I made with our family pictures
What are some of your scrapbooking tips and tricks?

I had a scrapbooking fest this weekend...
Copper got his own page, of course.
Do you like to scrapbook?
Becoming a Scrapbooker
Last Friday night Landon Paul and I were watching a movie, and I started scrapbooking. Next thing I know, it's 3am, Landon Paul is asleep on the couch and I'm still at it! Once you get in the zone, it's hard to stop, ya know?
I ordered my pictures online, and some of them came back weird. (The one on the right cut our dads out, so I'll have to reprint that one)! To make these, I used the nesting rounded square, grad cap, and waves cutting dies dies with the Epic 6 by Lifestyle Crafts.
I keep hearing that layers are the key in scrapbooking. I'm kind of a minimalist, so that's tricky, but I'm workin on it! What scrapbooking tips do you have?

Why is scrapbooking so fun? I have no idea!
I do know that digital scrapbooking isn't half as fun, and once again, I have no idea why!
Maybe it's the thrill of cutting and pasting like I'm 5?
Our first 'married scrapbook' is almost done. I've left space for Landon Paul's diploma that he gets in April (Woot!), and then it'll be all full! Also, our 3-year wedding anniversary is next month! Any great ideas of things to do?Becoming a Scrapbooker
For me, scrapbooking is one of the most luxurious things in the world: Put on a movie, look through old photos, get nostalgic, start cutting...ahhh, bliss. Landon Paul and I saw Narnia 3 over Christmas break, so we rented Narnia 2 as I scrapbooked. We just love those movies, don't you? It makes me want to read the books! |

Becoming a Family History Pro: Scrapbooking
So I was recently informed that, in some circles, scrapbooking is considered family history work! Since I've never been any good at family history work but have always loved scrapbooking-I consider this a victory!
I have also been trying out my new cricket! It's great. It makes my pages look SO MUCH BETTER!
